The TATA AIG Sarpanch Workshop in 2024 was an important milestone for the client — their first state-level initiative under IRDAI’s State Insurance Plan. Held in Radha Nagari, Kolhapur, it brought together over 50 Sarpanches to discuss, learn, and engage with insurance awareness.
The challenge was designing a knowledge-driven event that balanced content with engagement. Sutra took charge of venue planning, creative design, delegate management, and on-ground production. Pre-event outreach ensured strong participation, while on-the-day execution created an atmosphere of learning and trust.
The workshop’s highlights included interactive sessions, themed branding that reflected rural India, and smooth coordination of speakers and participants. For TATA AIG, the event-built trust and credibility in new markets. For Sutra, it was proof of our ability to deliver impactful knowledge forums.
