KELLOGG’S — North Sales Conference (2022)

The Kellogg’s North Sales Conference in 2022 was a landmark event for both the client and Sutra. It was Kellogg’s first in-person sales conference post-COVID, a moment that symbolised revival, reconnection, and a renewed sense of energy. The event was themed “North ke Dabaang,” representing the unstoppable spirit of the sales force in India’s northern region.

The challenge was two-fold: to create an event that celebrated resilience after two years of remote interactions, and to ensure seamless execution in a time when health, safety, and precision were paramount. Sutra stepped in as an end-to-end partner, handling everything from venue selection at DoubleTree by Hilton, Gurugram, to stage design, décor, thematic branding, and program flow.

The conference brought together over 150 employees. Each element was carefully designed to reflect the theme — from bold stage backdrops to custom collaterals. Interactive sessions, motivational addresses, and high-energy performances created an atmosphere of pride and belonging.

For Kellogg’s, the event wasn’t just about business updates. It was about culture. It reignited connections, celebrated achievements, and energised the team for the year ahead. For Sutra, it was a proud moment to bring people back together and set the stage for success.
