ICICI Lombard trusted Sutra for three consecutive years to deliver its annual offsites, a testament to the consistency and creativity we bring to long-term partnerships. Each year, the objective was to strengthen bonds, celebrate milestones, and give employees a refreshing break from routine. What made this project special was its continuity — Alibaug in 2022, Kolad in 2023, and South Goa in 2024.
In 2022, Hotel Maple Ivy in Alibaug provided a coastal charm. With 80+ attendees, the event balanced strategy sessions with beachside relaxation. Themed evenings added a touch of celebration, making the offsite more than just business.
In 2023, the Rudra Resort in Kolad brought adventure into the mix. With 100+ attendees, team-building activities included river rafting, outdoor challenges, and immersive workshops. Sutra managed logistics, safety, and coordination to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable.
By 2024, the offsite had grown in scale. Fairfield by Marriott in South Goa hosted 110+ attendees. The focus was on collaboration, innovation, and relaxation. Sutra curated a blend of learning sessions, entertainment, and curated dining experiences that elevated the gathering.
Across all three years, the common thread was attention to detail. Each offsite had its own identity, shaped by the destination and the client’s evolving objectives. But what remained constant was Sutra’s ability to execute flawlessly. From travel coordination to hospitality, from décor to entertainment, every aspect was handled with care.
